This sandwich bread production line is designed to improve sandwich production efficiency. It is meticulously designed to maximize efficiency and output, encompassing every step from bread positioning and ingredient dispensing to sandwich assembly and packaging. The sanwich production machine covers all critical links from bread positioning, ingredient distribution to sandwich assembly and packaging. With a production speed of 60~80 sandwiches per minute, this line is perfectly tailored for industrial-scale sandwich manufacturers.

The sandwich production line adopts a modular design centered on the following core machines, which are connected in sequence according to the sandwich production process to form a continuous and efficient processing line. The specific components and their functions are as follows:
1. Bread Separator Spread Machine
It can accurately separate 2-layer bread slices, ensuring stable layer spacing for subsequent processing. At the same time, it realizes automatic and uniform spreading of fillings (such as salad dressing, jam, cream) on the bread slices. The 2-layer design effectively improves production efficiency, and the precise spreading control avoids leakage or uneven filling, laying a solid foundation for product quality consistency.
2. Pork Floss Sprinkling Machine
This machine adopts a precise quantitative sprinkling system to ensure uniform distribution of pork floss on the spread bread slices, avoiding local excess or deficiency. The sprinkling amount can be flexibly adjusted according to production recipes, and the closed sprinkling structure effectively reduces material waste and keeps the production environment clean.
3. Ultrasonic Triangle Cutting Machine
It uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to cut the sandwich into standard triangles. The cutting process features clean edges, no deformation, and minimal crumbs, effectively maintaining the integrity of the sandwich structure and preventing pork floss and other fillings from spilling. The cutting speed is synchronized with the front-end production line, ensuring stable overall throughput.
4. Triangle Bag Packing and Sealing Machine
As the final post-processing equipment, this machine is connected to the ultrasonic triangle cutting machine to complete the packaging and sealing of triangular sandwiches. It automatically loads the cut triangular sandwiches into triangle bags, and realizes precise sealing through heat sealing technology. The sealed bags have good airtightness, which can effectively extend the shelf life of sandwiches and ensure hygiene and safety during transportation and storage. It supports automatic adjustment of packaging specifications to match different sizes of triangular sandwiches.
